Merry Mainstreet - The Pink Choirs perform.
It's a Frisco Tradition. Merry Main Street is a Christmas party in Frisco Square where tons of people come to hear their children sing in the choirs, see the fun light show, have their picture made with Santa, do crafts, see stilt walkers, write a letter to Santa and put it in his special mailbox that goes straight to the North Pole, have yummy cookies at the North Pole Bakery, go on a carriage ride, see the Gingerbread house displays, and much, much more. Our main purspose is to see Georgia sing with her school choir. Luckily it wasn't too cold that night. The Pink choir did an excellent job!

Halloween 2008
We had our annual Fall Festival at Church on the 25th, and we had a blast
doing Trunk or Treat! We had a pirate trunk. Mammy had a Noah's Ark trunk and won 2nd place!
The little girls both changed up their costumes for Halloween. Cami decided to be a clown (she found her daddy's old costume!) and Briley decided to be Sleeping Beauty - mainly because it was the least "itchy"...Michael and I were both pirates. Don't you love the wig? Michael says it brought back memories of when I was 19 and got a spiral perm! lol.

Briley the Ballerina
Briley just had her ballet recital. It was just precious! Her class did a dance to a song called "I am a child of God." It was such a beautiful song! I downloaded it and tried to put it with pictures of the rehearsal (we weren't allowed to take pics at the actual recital) but itunes has it protected and it won't let me, so you'll just have to check it out. It's by Gladys Knight! I really like her dance studio. It is Raising the Barre in Frisco. It is a christian based studio. All of the songs were praise songs and all of the costumes (especially for the older girls) were modest, but very "hip"!! Briley was excited to have her GAM and GUB and her Aunt Kaki and Mammy come to see her! Georgia had a softball tournament game at the SAME TIME so Daddy had to miss it, but he got to see the rehearsal! Cami really, really wanted to get up on stage too! Maybe next year Cam, maybe next year :) The good thing is that Georgia WON the game. They beat an undefeated select - team and so they got to go on to the championship game the next day...and guess what... THEY WON!!

Campbell the Diva Model!
Oh Cami...she is such a little stinker. We did have fun doing a mini-photoshoot today! She was modeling an outfit that I made for our etsy boutique. Oh, and look at the fun I had with my photo editing software!! haha.
What? You are wondering what on earth I'm talking about?
Well, Terri and I have started a little business (bec ause we needed something to do in our spare time) haha. We are really having fun with it though! It is called half dozen divas ~A DIVINE GIRLY BOUTIQUE. We haven't "launched" it yet, so don't feel like I've left you out!
Easter and the Simmonses Garden
Here's a family pic. of us at Easter. We had that "we just got up and we'd really like to go back to bed" look about us for some reason :) It actually ended up being cold that day, so the girls had to wear sweaters over their matching dresses. Oh well! It was a great day.
The garden pictures at at Harold and Annette Simmons backyard! (can you imagine having such a backyard?) They are so generous to share their garden with all of their employees. One week a year, they open it up and let everyone come take pictures, just hang out and read, have lunch, and enjoy what their 3 full time gardeners work on year 'round! Just me and the little girls went with Terri and Kelsey. We had a fun, girly afternoon. Oh, and the swans a.k.a. the "mean ducks" scared the girls! They actually tried to bite at us as we crossed the bridge!
